Dear Kanaristore customers you have 30 days to return it, as long as it’s in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Order ID number need to be present to further proceed with the refund/replacement policy.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please don’t forget to use a traceable postal service. If the package is lost or damaged during transportation, all responsibility shall be borne by the buyer.
Return information :
1. Please tell us your order number. You can get the order number from the order confirmation email.
2. Please tell us why you are dissatisfied with these items, or damaged places and styles.
3. Send us photos, tell us where the product is damaged, and the style you want to return or exchange.
4. If the product packaging is opened and the items are artificially damaged during the ride, we will not accept return applications. Please contact our customer service for negotiation.
- We only accept returns within 30 days after receiving the order.
- The returned items must remain unused in the original packaging (except for damage during logistics).
- If the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics reasons, we will re-send them to you for free or refund in full.
Return shipping Cost
If the return shipping cost is proved to be wrong by our company, it will be borne by us, including the wrong items we sent, quality problems and other reasons accepted by our customer service team. After receiving the item, we will provide compensation or resend the replacement item.
If you ordered an incorrect size, color, type ,product or just want to exchange it, we can also allow returns. You are responsible for the shipping cost, and we will refund the original product cost after receiving the returned item. All transportation costs are non-refundable
Returns will be processed within 3 days after receiving the package. If any defective or damaged items are found due to our mistakes, we will refund them by PayPal in full.

Refund method and time
We will use PayPal to return to your account the same way, and the amount will be credited to your account within 8 hours after confirming the refund.
