CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once the order has been confirmed, we reserve the right to accept or reject this order, even if you have received a confirmation email or your payment has been approved.  If your payment has already been approved and we decline the order, we will refund you to the payment method used.

Please note that all orders already prepared or shipped cannot be canceled.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Yes you can, but please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been prepared or shipped.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We ensure the delivery of your orders to your home.  In general, here is the progress of our shipping process and the associated deadlines.

1. Preparation of the order: We collect all the items in your order and prepare the package so that it can be picked up by our partner carrier.

2.Order shipment : Your order is shipped and you will then receive your tracking number which allows you to follow the progress of the delivery.

3. Delivery of the order : Our service provider delivers your package to your home address.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A PRODUCT IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

If a product is missing, your order may have been shipped in multiple packages and you may receive this package (s) a few days later.  If this is not the case, please contact our customer service immediately.  A weight check will be requested from our warehouse in order to establish their error.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders are processed in our warehouses.  Please allow us extra time during holidays or sales periods. 

We process orders Monday through Friday.  Orders are processed within to 2 days of the order date, and shipped the next business day.  Please note that we do not process any orders on weekends.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.  Please give us the order number and the reasons for returning the product.

It should be noted that all returned products must be in their original condition and with the packaging intact.

IS THE TRANSPORT REFUNDED ON A RETURN?

All costs inherent in returning the product or products remain the responsibility of the customer.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All refunds are made to the original payment method.  If you paid with a credit card, refunds usually take 7-10 business days.  If you still have not received your refund, contact your bank to find out the delays to expect. if you paid With PayPal refund takes between  2 and 3 days
